We do not want you to be stuck with a product that doesn't meet quality standards. You are eligible for a free replacement under the following specific conditions:

  1. Incorrect Product: If the item delivered does not match the description, color, or model you ordered.

  2. Manufacturing Fault: If the product has a functional defect that prevents it from working as intended.

  3. Transit Damage: If the product arrives broken, cracked, or physically damaged due to courier handling.

Timeframe & Deadlines

We maintain a strict schedule to ensure efficiency for our warehouse teams:

  • 30-Day Complaint Window: [GleeGifts] will cater to all complaints and issues landed within 30 days of the delivery date. Any claims made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be entertained.

  • 7-Day Free Grace Period: If you report an issue and request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery, the entire process (including return shipping and new delivery) will be done completely free of cost.

  • Post 7-Day Requests: If a replacement is requested after the initial 7 days but within the 30-day window, certain handling and shipping charges will apply to facilitate the exchange.

The Replacement Process

To ensure a fair process, we require documented proof:

  1. Initiation: Share a clear, unedited video of the incorrect or damaged product with our customer support team. In many instances, our technical team can provide guidance via WhatsApp to resolve usage issues without needing a return.

  2. Determination: If the team confirms the fault, we will proceed with one of two options:

    • Option A: You will be asked to ship the product in its original packaging (including the box and all accessories) to our central hub. Once received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped within 5 working days.

    • Option B: In specific cases, we will schedule a "Reverse Pickup" where a courier will collect the faulty item and provide the replacement within 14 working days.

Change of Mind Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for "change of mind." Once an order is processed and delivered in good working condition, the sale is considered final. We encourage customers to read product descriptions and view all images carefully before purchasing.
