At [GleeGifts], we understand that when you order something exciting, you want it as fast as possible. Operating within the fast-paced UAE market, we have optimized our logistics to ensure your package arrives safely and promptly.

Order Processing Time

Every order placed on our store undergoes a quality check and packaging phase.

  • Verification: Once you place an order, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or Phone to verify your address details.

  • Dispatch: Most orders are dispatched from our Sharjah-based warehouse within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and UAE Public Holidays).

Delivery Timelines across UAE

We deliver to all major cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

  • Standard Delivery: Usually takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery to very remote or "Out of Service" areas may take an additional 2-3 days and might incur a small additional surcharge from the courier partner.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location. We frequently run "Free Shipping" promotions for orders above a certain value. If your order qualifies, the discount will be automatically applied.

Courier Communication & Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to two times.

  1. You will receive a notification (SMS or WhatsApp) on the day of delivery.

  2. The courier will call the provided contact number to coordinate the timing.

  3. Failure to Receive: If the customer is unreachable after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping such orders will incur a fresh shipping fee.

Safe Handling & Inspection

While we ensure robust packaging, we advise all customers to inspect the outer packaging for any signs of tampering before accepting the delivery. If the package looks severely damaged, please mention it to the rider and contact our support immediately.
